Using Software and Hardware
Software is a general term for the various kinds of programs used to operate computers and related devices. The term hardware describes the physical aspects of computers and related devices. Generally speaking, software are words, power point, real player, media player, freeware, spyware, operating systems, accounting software, etc.

AVI, an acronym for Audio Video Interleave, is a multimedia container format. VCD is an ideal format for making home videos, training video and educational videos. VCDs can be played on almost all hardware, making them fairly platform-independent and easily played by most people with their existing hardware, whether DVD player or computer. They can be played in a DVD player or a component VCD player (available in Asia). VCDs are burned on to ordinary CDs, so the media is usually less expensive than either DVDs or VHS tapes.

Software counterfeiters often take advantage of businesses seeking to cut their software-acquisition costs. As their trusted advisor, you can help them by identifying the different kinds of software piracy and the associated risks they pose-including legal action
. Software piracy include: End-user piracy, manufacturer piracy, internet piracy, counterfeiting, online unction piracy, and online distributor piracy.

Since software patents are no different from hardware patents, people who say "software patents are evil" are saying simply "patents are evil." So why do so many people complain about software patents specifically?
