Worldwide Registrar is responsible for researchers' admission, recording enrollment numbers and signing name in the diplomas of researchers upon completion of a degree program.
The First Registrar
Chew Liang Hoe is the first Registrar of Cosmos International University, and he started helping the university in 2003. He was educated in Canada and the United Kingdom, and he completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, UK. While taking the responsibility of general manager in Hexagon Holding Berhard which is an international company based in Malaysia and Thailand, he helped the university during his tenure of year in Cosmos International University. He voluntarily resigned from the registrar position in February, 2005.
New Registrar, Dr. Zam Lam Thang.
From 2005 to 2008, Erin Kannon took over the registrar position. Recently, a new registrar of Cosmos International University was elected. Dr. Zam Lam Thang is now the third registrar of Cosmos International University. He received a Bachelor of Art degree in English(B.A.), a Bachelor of Theology(B.Th.), a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees.
