Subject: Reporting my room mate blowing deadly gas into my room during the night using the technique of  Systematic killing that caused me almost
unconscious and death, and trying to steal  while I was away.

Dear  Sir/Madam,

I would like to give a report about a deadly gas blown into my room in the night of 5th January, 2012. As soon as I discovered that a kind of gas had been blown to my room that caused me almost unconscious for three times between 3:00 to 4:00AM, I opened the door and looked at if someone was outside to do the same.  When I went out, I saw the husband of Matu couple who live next room listening to Burmese songs from his mobile phone.  It caused me serious headache, and I was almost unconscious in the room. I think it’s because of the landlord, Mr.Lian Thum, a Matu man since he allowed other people to sleep in the living room. It is one of the techniques used by systematic killing, and to me, this is the second time in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.  While I was out they also tried to hammer out the lock to get into my room. A lot of beating marks on the lock show they really did it.

Someone did the same thing to me when I was in Shenzhen (Guangdong) and Loudi(Hunan) in China in April 2005 and August 2009 that made me almost dead. Another technique they used is telepathy and bullying at the same time to make me angry so that they could fight with me and kill me for a valid reason. Those systematic killing planners did that to me too in the examination room of the University of Madras, in my work place and in Bangkok, Thailand in April-May 1998 and in August-October 2003. I know that the Burmese military dictators have been using different people in different countries to do this kind of systematic killing method to educated individuals like me in particular. Obviously, I have never seen any good Burmese who can rule others or govern a country whether the person is a top government official or taxi driver on the road. My father was born in 1940, and I was born in 1971 in the same village called Thaangkaai Suangpi. Both my dad and I always walked on foot on a 2 foot wide pathway that led us through the jungle to go to another village or town when I was young and still have to do the same until today.  No Burmese government develop their country.  That why I trust no Burmese ruler of any kind.  For instance, from President U Nu & Nyi Win to Than Shwe & Thein Sein of today, none of them has been good to me and for me.

I have no idea why the Matu man treating me like that while sleeping. I rent a small room and the Matu couple rent a little bigger room in the same house in Taman Lenseng, Cheras, KL, Malaysia. We have never had any quarrel or fight with one another so far.  So there must be some other reasons behind the scene without my knowledge. Therefore, I don’t think it will be good to live with Matu(Chin) people if there is any one who have associated with the Burmese or Burmese-America especially when I go to the USA for permanent resettlement. I am not racist as long as their mind is set in promoting freedom in terms of education system, human rights, and liberty. For your information, among the native English speakers, Scott Michael Inglis, a New Zealander is also the person who violates my education system and degree credentials.

I hope this gives you relevant information for my resettlement in the USA so that I will not have any problem over there, and this things at the same time should not make my resettlement tarried but quicker. By the way, these people, Matu / Mindat (Chin) sold my younger brother, Mr.Vung Khan Tuang in Cameron High Land last year.

Sincerely,

Dr.David Ngin Sian Pau

Subject:   Robbing my money in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia through my Mobile Phone  and Internet Connection I use.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to make a complaint that through my mobile phone internet connection, I had been robbed so many times in the last four months and now the amount robbed comes to almost RM200. I can’t bear it any more and I think it’s important to let you know as a UN Refugee Card holder. See details below.

Phone Type / Number           Address  where it’s happened.                                                                       How did it happen?                                                                                                   The date it has happened.

After coming to the OPI of the UNHCR on the 4th I made a call to Tune Talk customer service, and I was told that RM5 top up was valid for 5 days. So I bought RM5 top up but after one hour it was just over again. So I stop using internet through my mobile phone numbers that causes me inconvenient in communicating with others.

In the job market, I get more money because of my education system which makes me totally different from other refugees and non refugees alike in terms of earning wages. But I don’t think the government or refugee groups in Malaysia should not be greedy about it. The value of human being is real education, knowledge and skill possessed by each and individual which is applicable even for refugees of any kind. When I get more salary, it doesn’t mean that I should pay more to the things that I have to buy in the market or pay more to taxi driver wherever I go. I should be able to save more instead.  I am 40 but still can’t build even a family yet because of this problem.

I have no hope in Malaysia since I have been robbed in the way I can’t control, and I have no proper and suitable job that will give me a regular salary. Hence kindly give me the right to resettle in the USA and process my resettlement as soon as possible because USA is the country, where I have more supporters for my educational degrees and for getting a proper and regular job.  I am looking forward to the opportunity to be interviewed for OPE and DHS as soon as it can be.

Sincerely Yours,

David Ngin Sian Pau

Subject:   A dangerous threat from my neighbor near Leisure Mall, Cheras.

Dear Sir/Madam,

To be able to avoid the deadly situation I was in Pangsapuri apartment, I moved to another location near Leisure Mall, Cheras day before yesterday. But another problem came to exist early this morning at 8:15AM.  A neighbor in the same building, a Tamilian man and Indonesian woman have some cats. The wife got up early this morning and let the cat scratch the wooden wall of my room. Since it woke me up, I told her not to allow the cat to scratch as it disturbed my sleep and pushed the cat a little with my sole. Actually she should say "Sorry" to me but she got angry with me and told her husband, who knocked the door a little later and slap my face when I open the door, the matter. As I tried to defend myself, my hand touched his stomach a bit and so he stopped punching me. And he said that he would give a report to the police. Moreover, he asked me if I had the right to stay here and I answered "Yes, I concern human being but not animal.'  "Do you know who I am? I am Malaysian" he said. I replied not to look down on me that we may not have to fight. Since he didn't want to stop mumbling, I challenged him but when I tried to punch, he said, "Kill me." I said, "I am not here to kill you but I want to have a good sleep so I moved to this room. Don't allow your cat to scratch the wall."

Since my cell phone has no air balance, email is the only way I communicate with OPI of the UNHCR. Please treat this email as a complaint and report letter, and give me some advice how I should deal with this couple who I think are cruel and backbiters. What shall I do to protect myself from these local arrogant people? Should I give a report to the nearest police station? Should I punch them back that they will surely hurt? I am not afraid of them. If I fight with them can the UNHCR protect me that I may not be taken to any court or police station since I am not the one who started the problem?

I am looking forward to hearing from you in a jiffy.

Truly Yours,

(Dr.)David Ngin Sian Pau
